At Velvetcode, we are committed to delivering premium quality products. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return & Exchange Window

• Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• Requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  
  The returns would happen within 2-3 days and also damaged and defective items would be processed within 3-4 days and replaced products would be delivered to the customer within 2-3 days .

2. Eligibility for Return / Exchange

To qualify:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• All original tags and packaging must be intact

• Product must not show signs of wear, damage, perfume, washing, or alteration

• Valid order proof must be provided

Velvetcode reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Exchange Policy (Size Issues)

• Size exchanges are allowed once per order only

• Subject to stock availability

• Customer is responsible for return shipping charges

Refunds will not be provided for size-related issues.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

• Discounted or sale products

• Limited edition drops

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

• Wrong item delivered

• Defective product

• Damaged item during transit

Conditions:

• Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

• Clear photos and mandatory unboxing video proof required

• Without unboxing video, claims will not be accepted

After approval:

• Refund processed within 5–7 business days

• Refund issued to original payment method

• COD refunds processed via bank transfer

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  
  The refunded amount would be credited to the customer’s bank account within 3 to 4 days .

6. Return Shipping Charges

• For size exchange → customer pays return shipping

• For verified defective/wrong product → Velvetcode covers shipping cost

7. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

• Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

For COD orders:

• Confirmation call may be required before dispatch
