1. Return & Exchange Window

Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Eligibility for Return / Exchange
To qualify:

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

All original tags and packaging must be intact

Product must not show signs of wear, damage, perfume, washing, or alteration

Valid order proof must be provided
Velvetcode reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Exchange Policy (Size Issues)

Size exchanges are allowed once per order only

Subject to stock availability

Customer is responsible for return shipping charges

If requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued
Refunds will not be provided for size-related issues.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:

Discounted or sale products

Limited edition drops

Innerwear and accessories (hygiene reasons)

Gift cards

Products purchased during special promotional campaigns
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

Wrong item delivered

Defective product

Damaged item during transit
Conditions:

Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Clear photos and mandatory unboxing video proof required

Without unboxing video, claims will not be accepted
After approval:

Refund processed within 5–7 business days

Refund issued to original payment method

COD refunds processed via bank transfer

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
6. Return Shipping Charges

For size exchange → customer pays return shipping

For verified defective/wrong product → Velvetcode covers shipping cost
7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
For COD orders:

Confirmation call may be required before dispatch

Repeated order refusals may lead to COD restriction
8. Store Credit Policy

Store credit (if issued) is valid for 30 days

Non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash
