We accept returns under the following conditions:
Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Original tags and packaging must be intact
Proof of purchase is required
Any product showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Discounted or sale items
Limited edition drops
Innerwear (for hygiene reasons)
Gift cards
We offer size exchanges (subject to stock availability).
Exchange request must be placed within 7 days of delivery
One exchange per order only
Customer may be responsible for return shipping charges
If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping charges are non-refundable
If payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer.
If you receive:
A damaged item
A defective product
A wrong product
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and unboxing video proof.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
